Project Management

Karlan Capital Consulting is seeking a highly organized Project Manager with direct experience in mission-critical and data center construction to support our field sales representatives and coordinate vendor partners in the development and delivery of competitive bid packages. This role acts as the internal liaison between sales, vendor partners, and clients, ensuring accurate, complete, and on-time delivery of bid packages across multiple concurrent opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate with national vendor partners to assemble comprehensive bid packages for mission-critical data center projects
• Support field sales representatives by managing internal timelines, deliverables, and documentation
• Serve as the primary internal point of coordination between Karlan Capital and vendor partners
• Track bid schedules and ensure alignment with preconstruction, GMP, and client deadlines
• Review and interpret construction drawings and construction schedules
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies in bid submissions and drive resolution proactively

Required Experience

– Experience supporting mission-critical or data center construction projects
– Strong understanding of construction phases, sequencing, and critical path
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendor partners concurrently
– Working knowledge of construction drawings and construction schedules
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Background

– Hyperscale or colocation data center experience
– Preconstruction, procurement, or bid package coordination experience
– Experience working with large general contractors or specialty trades
– Familiarity with competitive bid environments and scope leveling
